Suzanne (Suzie) Shupe is an executive coach, strategic advisor, and consultant. Working in partnership with her clients, Suzie coaches and advises successful and emerging leaders in health care, non-profits, philanthropy, and private industry to become efficient and effective leaders. With a broad set of skills developed from her own years of experience as a CEO and Executive Director, consultant, and coach, Suzie provides a flexible approach tailored to each individual client, team or organization, meeting multiple client needs. By being a sounding board for ideas, and balancing collaborative support for her clients with probing exploration of alternatives, Suzie challenges her clients to push themselves to achieve results and fulfil their potential in their professional and personal lives.
Suzie has a B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and a J.D. from U.C.L.A. School of Law. She is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified Healthcare Leadership Coach, and Certified Career Coach through the Center for Executive Coaching. Suzie holds the Associate Certified Coach (A.C.C.) credential from the International Coaching Federation and is qualified to administer the Profile XT assessment.
