Marian Mulkey is a senior consultant with LRI. Marian is a respected strategist, coach, and leader in California’s health care sector. Her areas of expertise include health policy, health insurance markets, public coverage programs, and the interplay of state and federal health insurance regulation. Through her leadership and consulting work, she helps a wide array of organizations clarify goals, define impact, identify strategies, and monitor progress. She has extensive experience building mission-driven teams and systems for success.
Marian received her master’s degrees in Public Policy and Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from Reed College.
