Jane Harrington is a senior consultant with LRI. She is an organization development practitioner, educator, and attorney utilizing facilitation, systems thinking, appreciative inquiry, and strategic counsel to develop people, partnerships, programs and organizations. Jane holds an MA in Organization Development, a JD in Law, an MA in Education Technology, and a BA in Art History and English. She is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation.
