Business Planning

As organizations of all kinds respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, LRI’s consultants are helping clients engage in business planning and risk management. This includes:

  • Advising on the formation of business re-entry workgroups and planning teams.
  • Facilitating the development of re-entry strategies, creating detailed work plans and implementation steps.
  • Helping develop and launch enterprise-wide communication plans.
  • Helping manage the roll out of the work plans and implementation steps, including facilitating department and team-level planning processes.
  • Providing overall project management, help troubleshoot as needed, and revise plans as needed.
  • As part of LRI’s business planning consulting is adapting to external threats, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires a serious commitment to strategic risk management.

Sacramento Ballet
