This 12-week program, led by an ICF certified coach, offers a collaborative and

Each cohort is capped at 12 participants in order to optimize the learning experience.

- Receive two one-on-one coaching sessions with the certified coach to dive deeper into your unique leadership journey, refine your goals, and overcome obstacles.

Program Structure

Duration: 12 weeks
Format: Online group sessions (bi-weekly, two hours each)
Individual Coaching: Two individual online 55-minute sessions with the coach
Support Circles: Regular online check-ins with your support circle (bi-weekly, one hour)
Price: $1,500 (also payable in two installments)
- $800 deposit due upon enrollment
- $800 due prior to starting the 2nd half of the course
