Program Overview

This 12-week program, led by an ICF certified coach, offers a collaborative and
engaging environment where participants can build leadership capabilities, deepen self- awareness, and create actionable plans to drive their development. The program combines group coaching sessions, individual support, and practical tools to ensure impactful growth.

Each cohort is capped at 12 participants in order to optimize the learning experience.


Program Highlights:

Style Assessments

    • Gain insights into your communication and personality style through targeted assessments.
    • Use these results to identify key capabilities you want to enhance and set focused goals.

Interactive Group Sessions

    • Bi-weekly online meetings (two hours each) provide a structured yet
      dynamic space for learning and collaboration.
    • Each session focuses on a leadership capability, offering practical tools and strategies you can apply immediately.

Peer Learning and Support

    • Engage in structured partner conversations to set goals, discuss challenges, and hold each other accountable.
    • Leverage a consultancy model where participants collaboratively address real-world leadership challenges, sharing diverse perspectives and actionable insights.

Support Circles

    • Foster accountability and build connections with fellow participants through regular check-ins between sessions.
    • These informal touchpoints encourage progress tracking, provide opportunities for mutual feedback, and create a sense of community.

Individualized Coaching

    • Receive two one-on-one coaching sessions with the certified coach to dive deeper into your unique leadership journey, refine your goals, and overcome obstacles.

Program Structure

  •  Duration: 12 weeks
  • Format: Online group sessions (bi-weekly, two hours each)
  • Individual Coaching: Two individual online 55-minute sessions with the coach
  • Support Circles: Regular online check-ins with your support circle (bi-weekly,
one hour)
  • Price: $1,500 (also payable in two installments)
    • $800  deposit due upon enrollment
    • $800 due prior to starting the 2nd half of the course
